How the repair credit applies
Meiju first reviews the affected areas, access, materials, structural concerns, and the desired result. When the approved fence or deck repair agreement reaches $5,000 before HST, a $500 credit is applied once to that scope. Full replacement or new construction is outside the standard offer unless it is specifically included in writing.
