When you contact us
We collect the name, contact information and project details you submit so we can review your enquiry, respond, and plan the next step. Enquiries are stored in Meiju’s inquiry inbox and may be linked to a sales lead when the team follows up.
Website usage and campaign information
The website uses a first-party visitor cookie, meiju_visitor, with a one-year expiry. Our website analytics records a hashed visitor identifier, pages visited, visit time, referring page and available campaign information. Website visit records are removed after 13 months.
When you arrive through a campaign, campaign parameters and available Google ad click identifiers may travel with internal links and be stored with your enquiry to help us understand where enquiries originate. Our website analytics record does not include an IP address or browser fingerprint; hosting and security systems may maintain their own operational logs.
Optional Google measurement
If you allow measurement, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits, successful enquiries and advertising performance. These services may use cookies and process visit and advertising identifiers. We do not include the name, email, phone number or project description from your enquiry in these measurement events. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can decline measurement or change your choice using Measurement preferences in the footer; enquiries remain available either way.

Send only the information needed to describe the work and contact you. Please do not include payment details, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
